Initial Visit ( 60 mins ) £82.50
Follow up appointment ( 60 mins ) £80
Follow up appointment ( 30 mins ) £50

Any non attendance without notice shall incur a 100% charge of the fee. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment shall incur 100% of the fee. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment, will incur no fee.

Physiotherapy Home Visits

In the comfort of your own home.

I will bring home-friendly rehab equipment to the visit.
60-minute appointment.
For home visits outside the Woodford area a £1 surcharge per mile will be added

Exercise Classes - currently paused

Multi-modal fitness blast.
Kick start your day, or let off steam after work with this unique exercise class.
Local Woodford area, within 10 minutes of the Woodford Garden Village estate.
Combines fitness, strength, mobility, coordination, all whilst elevating your heart rate and burning calories.
A blend of movements from elite sports rehabilitation, S & C performance coaching, injury prevention and dynamic movement solutions.
Wednesdays 6.45am and Thursdays 8.15pm for 45 minutes.
It will be great fun!
